ABOUT ME

My name is Julie Kerr and I am a Board Certified Integrative and Functional Nutrition Coach
Although I have always been interested in health and wellbeing, it took taking a deep dive in to the root causes of my own health challenges to turn this passion in to a profession. I absolutely love working alongside my clients to discover their best selves and their best, most vital health. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental, non-prescriptive approach to more empowered living.

Real Life. Well Lived. 
I am a wife, mom, sister, friend, student, animal lover, yogini, caretaker, entrepreneur and a substitute teacher. I get it. This life is messy. There are early mornings, late nights, meals out, picky eaters, aging parents, conflicting diets, aches, pains, fears and pressures. It can sometimes feel hard to know what you're "supposed to do", much less exactly what it is that YOU want to do. I'm here to tell you, YOU HAVE GOT THIS!!

It took me a while to let go of who I thought I was supposed to be. I am so grateful for all the experiences along the windy road that brought me here but RIGHT HERE with YOU is where I'm meant to be.
